In 2017, Chief Judge Jerome B. Simandle stepped down and “passed the gavel” to Chief Judge Jose L. Linares. This edition celebrates this event as well as the 2016 Chairman’s Ball. Also remembered in this edition are two iconic former Judges: Leonard I. Garth and Frederick B. Lacey.
